The guide below is for after the shower, including all of its associated pipework has already been fitted correctly and the enclosure is the last thing to fitMethod:1). Lay both of the side panels flat and spread a large bead of silicon sealant (sanitary) in the curved channels on the top and on the bottom. A Crystal Palace Plumber is experienced in fitting showers and their enclosures. 2). Connect both the head and sill rails using the screws supplied with the enclosure kit, now fit the plastic guide tracks into the head and sill rails by sliding them in. A junior hacksaw can be used to cut down the plastic guide tracks should they be too long. Set both (2) stops into the guide track of the head and sill rails. Push them into the middle but do not fix. 3). Put the shower enclosure in an upright position and fit the curved sliding doors into the head and sill rails, the right way round, then, fit another doorstop into the rails. Crystal Palace Plumbers fit showers complete. 4). Fix the wall channels to both sides of the enclosure and stand it on the tray. Use a spirit level to check. In the enclosure use a china-graph pencil to mark up the location of the fixing holes. Do this through the pre-drilled holes in the channels. 5). Take away the enclosure to check both visually and with a pipe and cable detector that nothing is buried in the wall. Drill and fit wall plugs in the holes in the wall. Spread silicon sealant down both wall channels.6). Set the enclosure on its base and fix with screws. Wipe off any sealant left and adjust the doors as required. Working from the inside, drill through the holes in the wall channels and into the frame. Fix with the screws supplied and fit screw caps. Drill through the plastic track and inner head channel, then, screw the doorstops in place. Run a bead of sanitary silicon sealant to seal where the tray and the tiled wall join. Do the same around the outside edges of the enclosure. Job done.
